WHAT IS AN ORGANIZATION CHART

The organization chart is a system that conventionally displays the organizational structure of our school, by detailing the roles, responsibilities and relationships - as far as hierarchy, consultation, standardization and subsidiary are  concerned- between individuals within an entity, by finding a more complete and simpler formalization. Even thoigh the operating method of an organization cannot be fully understood by reading an org-chart, this one represents a valid reference point to recognise its different roles. For example: how do they connect? How the single O.U. fit with the overall scheme? How should it relate with the other parts?

HOW ORGANIZATION CHART IS USED

The organization chart is a diagram that describes the organizational structure of our school  and - more in details- it's the primary instrument to receive answers to the following questions: 

1. What's the organizational structure of our school ?
2. Who are the most important figures?
3. Who is the responsible for decisions (better to say, who takes the responsibility)?
4. What is the school's  organizational pattern and what are the principles of division of work? 
5. How should the different operating units relate.?
6. Who does what and who takes the responsibility?
