I wanted my school to obtain a proper quality certification in the interests of all students enrolled at Istituto Freud.
The principle of quality policy in schools is different in its application from the one present in firms and societies. It must comply peculiarities connected to the cultural teaching methods and all pupils' personality. .
Our primary aim is to ensure an efficient Educational Offer Plan (P.T.O.F.), in order to understand our students' needs and make their problems be solved.
By using certified procedures, that must be reviewed periodically- we reassure families who entrust us their children and with whom we establish efficient contact in real time..
In addition to this, through the right strategies, the whole school staff works in total synergy. If teachers cooperate with the rest of the school-staff, they can find the proper conditions to make the most of their professionalism and guarantee an high quality of teaching and the complete care of our students.
In other words we are more able to continuously improve in all the aspects of school activities, such as the organization of teaching, cultural contents, the serenity of our students, teachers and of the whole school-staff.

Quality Policy- at Istituto “S.FREUD”- consists in devoting our attention to all human values and at the same time in developing our school- staff's professionalism.
Istituto “S.FREUD” is open to all external demands (even those that upset our standards) and that critically evaluate the service we offer, with the intention to accept all proposals put before us.
Istituto “S.FREUD” desires that culture, innovative professionalism and well-being advance hand in hand.
Our Quality Policy concerns all the services offered by the Institution: Education, Teaching, School training and Administration. Moreover the educational experience addressed to its users regarding the Quality Police enables first of all to provide the right knowledge, basic skills, the reference context to guarantee a simple placement at school and at work; we also try to constantly reduce all Nonconformities that can emerge when monitoring our same services and as a result any complaints of our users. In conclusion, our goal is the constant improvement with the external components of the Institution.
By establishing a proper quality policy, the Administration confirms full compliance with the specific purpose and objectives of its Institution, its constant improvement for greater effectiveness of quality in its management system and all this allows a revision of our quality objectives.
The Administration also informs the Institution on its quality policy through the presentation of our Educational project with training meetings whose efficiency is supervised by the distribution of satisfaction surveys. All completed forms are kept in individual folders at the SCHOOL'S SECRETARIES OFFICE.
