JOB DESCRIPTION: TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS ANALYST - SUPPORT (MILAN) - internship

Reporting to: TECHNOLOGY SITE MANAGER in the location
Summary
The technology Operations Analyst is a key member of the Desktop Technology team in the location. Specifically, the Support sub-role is required to assist the Site Manager and the senior Analysts in supporting the business on the day to day incident management process and activities.
The desktop support analyst should deliver best practice under the following expectations:
• Incident Management – First level troubleshooting for locally assigned tickets
• Activities – Complete local assigned activities such as hardware replacements, new desk technology install, adhering to the asset governance processes
Key requirements
The desktop support analyst must have a good knowledge or skill on the following topics:
• Windows 7
• Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Good English language
