The process of teaching/education/learning consists in adapting the educational projects of teaching to the individual characteristics of the students to help them to grow in the best possible way.
All these aspects contribute to strenghten the process of learning ( motivation and participation, tutoring, monitoring, control of the personalized process, evaluation, qualification and training credits) trough teaching models, methods and strategies targeted to the personalization of the teaching and learning process.
A model is “a conceptual framework by which the several aspects of the educational life can be connected and put in order in compliance with a teleological principle that can ensure coherence and an organic unit”, una particular structuring of the key variables for an Individualised Learning with Analogue Assessment, the model of Hypertextual Learning and with cognitive maps. the model of Modular Teaching ( planning).
Strategies are the “indications concerning the whole process of teaching and learning with regard to its organisational aspects”, a “combination of principles that permit to organize coherently the different elements of INDIVIDUALISED LEARNING that assemble the educational action in a unitary frame”.
Method is “a more specific and detailed” way of working; different methods of empowerment of the cognitive abilities belong to this field, independently of the utilization of tested equipment and of a particular teachers' training. Teachers are required to follow specific standards in the management of their activity.
