BUSINESS SIMULATION - Le ultime di Sigmund

Le Ultime di Sigmund - Business Simulation  in Journalism and Digital Communication 

 PCTO Projects (ex Work Related Learning Experience)  in the Business Simulation " Le Ultime di Sigmund"  focuses specifically  on creating and managing the same-named on line magazine.

Several professionals are involved, such as a manager, an accountant, a managing director, a deputy director, a chief editor for every single  specialized editorial staf and different journalists. This is a magazine edited online and therefore there also present other professional figures. For example, the technical staff of the server, who will take charge of the planning, of the editorial staff, of the maintenance and of the updating of the same platform. Like a real business, the first thing to do consists in choosing the most proper legal status with the drafting of a corporate bylaws.  The member- students will provide with the planning of a business plan and at the end of the year, there will be possible to report financially  the company by means of a financial budget. 

The economic benefits will be gained from the selling of advertisement through the business  "Il sogno di Freud" Business Simulation, whose activity consists in organizing and managing public events. Therefore, the magazine will raise its profile in a constant and useful synergy.  

The roles of these professionals will be also played by the students of our School, that manages autonomously this activity from a technical and commercial perspective. 

The platform will be implemented with several facilities, such as the insertion of articles provided with pictures and multimedia contents; all this will allow every single user to express and publish and post a comment and to every journalist to include articles - that like a true editorial staff will be checked by a  “head office ” (director, deputy director and chief editor) for their approval.  

Finally, at the request of users, it will be possible to provide a special app that enables to receive news even on the move, through smartphone and tablet.
