CONTENTS
Within the educational context, the activity of sports practices plays a fundamental role in the formation of adolescents, as it transmits values of great importance, such as loyalty, respect and friendship. In the same way as an authentic educational agency, all kinds of sports become an opportunity for play and fun, but also for personal growth, teaching adolescents that in life you win and you lose, but what matters is to appreciate every moment, from which you can always learn something. For this reason, sports represent an extraordinary educational resource, capable of reproducing on a play and entertainment dimension the reality of life, which is made up of commitment, sacrifice, suffering, struggle, but also satisfaction, joy, happiness and hope. By promoting balanced growth, emphasizing the right to make mistakes without having to give up the realization of one's goals, any form of sports activity becomes, thus, synonymous with commitment and perseverance. The Freud School aware of the importance of these values has organized two days under the banner of lightheartedness and good humor, within the context of sports practice, where Our students will have the opportunity to take part in one or all of the proposed sports activities, of which we will briefly outline the main characteristics and rules of play.
