On Saturday 17th November 2018 the classrooms 3^ A, 3^ B, 5^ B Technical Technological IT and the classrooms 4^ A Technical, Economic and Tourism of the State Recognized School S. Freud took part in the event organized by the Region Lombardy that was focused on the celebration of the Security Forces working in the streets whhich provide the first aid-interventions. istituto tecnico turistico
The event took place at the Region Lombardy's headquarters in piazza Città di Lombardia, 20124, Milano.
The students of the State Recognized School S. Freud were invited to represetn the schools of the province of Milan and the ones that joined the program “Stop Look Wave”, sponsored by Volvo Truck.
The participation in the event is included in the School Work Alternation activities.
What is the Look Wave Program
“Stop Look Wave" is a program aiming at making the students aware about the street safety which is sponsored by Volvo.
Each year more than 260.000 children and young boys and girls under 19 die beacuse of car accidents and the trucks and buses are very often involved. So teaching children and teens how to behave in the traffic can help saving many young lives.
The number of participants in the campaign Stop Look Wave by Volvo Trucks keeps increasing. The aim is teaching the young people from all over the world which are the proper behaviours to move around in the traffic in a safe way. Stop first. Look around and check the surrounding anvironment. Then say hello to the driver and be aware you have been seen”.human science, social economic option

9:15 - 10:00 Teens space – Meeting the deployed delegations.
