On Wednesday, May 31, 2017, the students of classes 2^ A and 4^ A of the S. Freud Computing and Telecommunications address Paritarian School will take part in the educational outing " Manzoni Itinerary in Milan."
This educational project is a fitting conclusion to the Learning Units addressed in the classes such as "I Promessi Sposi" -for class 2^ A- and "The life, poetics and works of Alessandro Manzoni, in the context of Italian Romanticism"-class 4^ A-.
The educational trip consists of an itinerant visit to the city of Milan in which students are offered to see the following places and/or monuments:
- Church of San Babila, with the baptismal font at which Manzoni was baptized
- Manzoni House Museum.
- Church of San Fedele, attended by Manzoni in the last years of his life.
- Monumental Cemetery of Milan and visit to the Famedio.
The study of such an itinerary underlies the need to provide an organic and chronological excursus that conveys to children an interest in the historical research of the topics covered in the works and places observed.
OBJECTIVES:
- Deepen the subject matter related to the biography of Alessandro Manzoni
- Delve into details related to Manzoni's works, particularly "I Promessi Sposi" and "Storia della colinna infame"
GOALS’
- Read and interpret the sources and documents observed.
Being able to move consciously within an exhibition space (sacred or not)
