Tomorrow, Thursday, Feb. 6, our Students from classes III A, IV A and V A will participate in the matinee of the musical "LA DIVINA COMMEDIA" at the TEATRO NUOVO in Milan - from h 8.00 to h 12.30- directed by Maurizio Colombi.
After directing the colossal theatrical version, set to music by Don Marco Frisina, Maurizio Colombi rewrites Dante's work in a new key: an actor recites the sublime verses, which come to life through songs, dances, lights and evocative atmospheres before the spectators' eyes.
The music and theater will help the children delve into Dante's dreamlike world and, at the same time, offer them the chance to understand more clearly Dante's allegories, which can be hinted at by the set design, costumes, proxemics, music and all the tools the musical has at its disposal.
Participation in the performance, is part of the "Culture Project" of the "S. Freud" Institute.
Aware of the role of an educational community represented by the School, the Institute is a spokesman for the need to offer its students an increasingly wide and cross-cultural variety of cultural stimuli, in order to form multifaceted personalities in interests and tastes.
