On Friday the 24th of October 2014, all our IT students will take part in the field trip "visit the Games Week exhibition", at the Trade Fair of Milano City.
The exhibition is addressed to the professionals, the students and the teachers who operate in the field of the game development and it's considered as a privileged place for the training and the exchange of new wxperience within the community of this field's operators in Italy with a strong International vocation.
The concept on which this year event is focused is "Building the games industry in Italy": through assessing the state of the art of the video games production in our Country some skilled Italian and International guests will help us to understand which are the future opportunities that might be offered.
On a surface of more than 170 square metres, Milan Games Week Retro will give the possibilty to all the nostalgic people to touch the vintage video-games, the console and the gadgets and there will be a section dedicated to the tournaments and contests on the big classic video-ludici.
THE VISIT'S AIMS:
Informing the students about the new technologies in the production of the softwares for the video-games
Stimulating their curiosity and interest
Motivating the studying of specific technical subjects to be enterd into their curriculum and seeking for the related professional opportunities.
