On the 15th of April 2019 all the students of the 3rd grade IT, Tourism and Human Sciences will take part in the event “Financial Education and UNI Regulation 11402”. The class will be held by Mr. Fabrizio Pirola, financial advisor and former student at the Freud Institute and it will take place at the school's premises.
CONTENTS
The financial Education (11402 European regulation) is the activity aimed at providing the citizens with the proper skills to achieve their own private goals in their life, along their whole life and according to their priorities.
We are talking about the welfare addressed to the citizens and the individuals, two basic aspects of any ecoinomic and social discussion, the protection of the citizens and their own ability to protect themselves as the main aspects to be aware of the need to develop a satisfactory life, for instance being able to buy a house, manage the expenses or save the money for the children.
One of the possible connections between the welfare and its corresponding goals (it is not the only one but it is one of the most immediate and practical) is the financial education and planning. These activities interact with the individuals' awareness, the citizens' and the Institutions behaviour that are in charge with creating the welfare.
The UNI 11402 regulation represents the best practice, the reference point of any financial education. The UNI 11402 standard about the financial education is a new regulation that can be straight applied at the National level that sets th process of the financial education accoding to the three main patterns set at the European level that are: information, teaching and objective advicing. The regulation contains some important definitions and it also sets the requirements for its provision, the contents of plans and the progress evaluation and checks including its effectiveness and appreciation.
In details, on the conference, the following topics will be analyzed:
- Protection of modern consumptions: prevention.
- Protection of future consumptions: the supplementary pension since it is important to start thinking about it when you are still young.
- Liquid assets: current accounts, how they work and how to manage them.
- Reserve: how to choose e reserve fund to be protected in case of any unexpected events
- Obiectives in life: how to achieve your goals without making debts.
AIMS
·Arising the awareness about the importance of the economic well-being.
·Understanding economy as the science thst can deeply affect the development and quality of life at a global level.
·Spreading the financial culture in order to be able to effectively use the most common bank, financial and insurance services.
·Teaching the students to make careful choices in the economic financial field.
OBJECTIVES
- Knowing the UNI 11402 regulation in details especially in a period of economic crisis.
- Knowing the potential of the bank, economc, financial tools that are very often misused.
- Knowing the basic tools to manage your savings an plan your investments.
