On March 10 at 9:30 a.m., all students summoned by the address contactors and the Law and Political Economy teachers will take part in an arrest validation hearing at the Court of Milan.
CONTENTS AND OBJECTIVES
Students will attend an arrest validation hearing which will be divided into the following stages:
- Arrest validation phase with the police report;
- questioning of the arrested person;
- decision of the proceedings postponed from the hearing;
As stated in the PTOF, the "S. Freud" Private School has as its primary objective, parallel to that of educating, that of forming individuals with civic and ethical responsibility. Therefore, the educational institution must play the role of a model of social cohesion and integration of differences between generations, genders, ethnicities, languages, religions and cultures. Hence the importance of this meeting, which falls fully within the scope of the "Education for Legality" Project.
In fact, awareness of the fundamental role of the culture of legality and the value of civil coexistence contributes to the creation of the concept of "culture that makes free." In this way, Our students are fostered in the harmonious growth of their personalities, so that they can become autonomous, responsible people, free from prejudice, respecting their own lives and those of others.
