CONTENTS
“It seems that going shopping is a must in our present society. We are consumers even before being the citizens of our city and our country. The Western people are surrounded by thousands of items and the average middle-class families have got more possessions than what the reachest Egyptian pharaoh used to have. What can we do with all our possessions? And even more important, what can these possessions do with us? How can they change us?”.
The aim of the IULM's project “The University goes to school” is to offer the students of the last grade the possibility to gather and see what is taught at the university courses so that they can make their choices according to their needs and motivations.
This meeting is also a good opportunity to provide the proper post secondary degree guidance: after this class a university student will introduce the teaching offer of the IULM University and the different degre courses.
