THe teaching coordinator, following the Board of Teachers' decisions, informs that on Friday the 17th February 2017 the classrooms 3rdA e 4thA IT and 3rd A and 4th A Tourism will take part in the seminar “Train for your future" which will be held by Mrs. Francesca Bosco, the Human Resources Manager of Bosch Italy within the cycle of meetings focused on the school-work alternation projects. The Conference will take place at the school's premises from 9,00 to 11,00 for the classsrooms 3rd A IT and 3rdA Tourism and from 11,00 to 1.00 p.m for the classrooms 4th A IT and 4th A Tourism.
THe School-Work Alternation Projects enable to introduce a teaching method that aims at widening the learning process through an experience that supports the students' future choices. As a consequence "Train for your future" is set within this context, the project was designed by Bosch Italy in cooperation with Randstad, a leading company in the job research field,and the Institutional Bodies around the whole Italian territory.
The tools being used to this purpose are the advisory meetigns that are going to be held in the secondary schools, the starting of the apprenticeship and the permanent training .
Some preparatory topics will be discussed on the meetings in order to peovide a comprehensive company's view like:
- Time managing
- Leadership
- Adaptability
- Specific skills related to the different company's departments
Aims:
• Promoting the students' growth and autonomy
• Helping develpping the mutual relationships.
• Rising the students' awareness in order to promote their career guidance.
• Integrate the theoretical knowledge with the operative knowledge.
Objectives:
- Implementing flexible learning methods in order to match the classroom experience with the pratical one
- Promoting the students' talent and their personal interests.
- Implementing an effective connection between the school and the working wolrd.
- Helping the students to consider the school-work alternation experience as a sports challenge and convey the same values: passion, commitment, responsibility.
- Promoting the training and theadvisory services so that the students can be aware of their decisions.
- Approaching the labour market by considering the acquired skills as an added value.
Contents: the meetings will take place at 9.00 a.m in classroom 8 for the two 3rd grade groups and at 11.00 a.m. for the two 4th grade groups. Before the beginning of the seminar and after it the regular classes will be given.
We remind you that the hours of the seminar will be enterd into the total amount of hours of the School Work Alternation period of each student. So we suggest your to take part in these meetings.
