Freud Institute starting in the 2016/2017 school year.
Contents
The developmental path of affectivity in developmental age (childhood, preadolescence and adolescence) is of crucial importance in the life span of the human being. It entails a series of developmental steps that must necessarily take place - albeit at an individualized pace - in order for the subject to relate in a healthy way to the human environment in which he or she is embedded and for him or her to complete the processes of identification with male and female role models for a conscious adult couple life.
Such a developmental path takes place in the family, starting with the relationship between parents and children (and the quality as well as the type of this relationship is a predictive factor in understanding what kind of adult relationship the adolescent will go towards).
The goal is to help the developmental individual to peacefully build a defined identity and a balanced personality. Teachers, with the help of psychologists, can contribute to this educational journey by offering cultural, affective, and social stimuli.
Purpose
The activities that will be proposed are intended to support the adolescent in his or her autonomous developmental journey with respect to:
- the implementation of responsible and individually matured choices concerning relationship behavior with himself and with others;
- The acquisition of respect for self and others as a value;
- the acquisition of a positive attitude toward one's own body;
-the increase of knowledge about various aspects of relating to others.
The proposed path can act on the individual to help him or her develop a focus on the relational dimension, making him or her reflect on individual and collective attitudes and behaviors.
Objectives
- To stimulate interest and awareness of the issues presented
- To foster curiosity to participate in the Affectivity Education project that will be offered to classes in the 'a.s. 2016/2017.
