About 96% of 650 students, in five years, have obtained positive school results thanks to the 'persuasive learning experience ', a teaching approach from the Usa. There, this method has been used for ten years. This innovative approach prevents the problem of dropping out and the difficulties related to the learning process. These are the tesults of a survey realized by the School Sigmund Freud in Milan, forerunner in Italy of this methodology that focuses on dialectical relationship between teacher ans student. The School- which was founded in 1992- has pointed on the role of technology when you rarely used computer at school. Together with monitor touch, interactive whiteboards and beamers, a real revolutionary method has been developed. "The most important aspect consists in avoiding teachers to "lecture". On the contrary they have to teach according to the principles of 'sensitive intelligence': this means to understand the students' personal needs and give them educational solutions, so that they can learn from each other's experience through a process of gradual evolution" explains the school manager Daniele Nappo. Let's put aside blackboards and chalk, let's focus on draw attention of our students who is belonging to the native digitals.The process of attention and memorisation is possible only if teachers keep a proper body language and non verbal communication that arises the curiosity of their listeners according to the principle " The best teacher never stops learning". There is also put into practice a laboratorial cooperative teaching that means by advancing with problems and with researches, the Jigsaw ( or puzzle) learning by using fragmentary contents at home and rebuild them at school and the Brainstorming - compare with other schoolmates about gathering ideas on a specific topic thanks the use of imporovisation but in a well-structured context of team- working. .(ANSA).
