Dr. Daniele Nappo, Legal Representative as well as Founder of the S. Freud Private School, says that the disciplines of study must be thought of as fields of meaning that must give an intersubjective horizon, but also acquire personal meaning and translate into operability by becoming the building block of the curricula.
Subjects of study are to be thought of as fields of meaning to acquire personal meaning and translate into efficiency; at the center of the school is the development of teaching-learning to avoid privileging the supplementary aspects of educational offerings and thus to encourage the idea of a school that researches, experiments, and works on curricular paths. The disciplines of study should be thought of as fields of meaning that must give an intersubjective horizon, but also acquire personal meaning and translate into operability by becoming the building block of curricula. The teaching-learning process must be placed at the center of the school, lest the marginal and additional aspects of educational provision be advantaged. To encourage the renewal of the school and its content in this sense, it is important to support the idea of a school that makes observation, experiments, reflects, and works on curricular pathways. The curriculum school is an organization capable of fabricating a learning environment with an appropriate combination of time, space and tools that helps students gradually encounter adult knowledge. One must define the specificities and goals that characterize the different levels and create the connecting elements that ensure their unity. Thus, the school path as a long journey-adventure. The vertical path of education could also be revised as a journey from student security centered on simplifying certainty to adult security based on the ability to live with and govern spaces of uncertainty. Thus a journey of education as a journey of awareness. This is a long work that needs to be identified, enhanced and supported by a framework of institutional certainty.
