On 19th January 2021, the national newspaper IL GIORNO publishes the interview to the Legal Representative of S. Freud School Dott. Nappo, concerning the atmosphere of uncertainty at Italian Schools, due to the latest Regional Provisions.
Dott. Nappo has been consulted about his consideration on DL (distant learning) and to the school resumption in presence: courage is needed, students must be come back to school.
Students don't have to feel lonely and neglected: if school doesn't work, there will be a general decline of society. This is what the Legal Representative claims to the the journalists.

WE HAVE TO RESPECT THE FUTURE OF OUR STUDENTS
MILANO - We are disoriented because of regional and national provisions overlapping and intersecting and as a consequence create confusion; families and students are in a total chaos about school,the dominant feeling is a context of general uncertainty.
This is the personal thinking of Daniele Nappo, School Director of S. Freud Upper School in Milan, concerning the school situation before 48 hours of the current norms.
Lombardy was the first region - dating back to 18 December - to communicate that students should be come back gradually at school: it was agreed a percentage of l 50% in presence, with the progressive aim to reach 75%. This has been explained by the School Director to ANSA.

In this moment at school, there is a real paralysis, we need courage; students have to come back to school in presence for their physical and psychological well-being.

DL can never replace school activities in presence.
It's an educational issue, not a health concern. Stop in using school as an excuse of political debate.
