PURPOSE
To develop in the student the ability to recognize the main methods of graphic representation, to grasp the differences in their use, and to apply them correctly to the creation of geometric figures and simple objects.
GOALS
To guide students in acquiring the basic skills of geometric drawing, methods of representing solids in the plane and space, the conscious use of computational tools and the potential offered by specific computer applications.

Plane geometry, constructions of lines, angles, polygons, tangents and fillets
The orthogonal projections of plane figures and geometric solids
Isometric and cavalier axonometry
Concepts of metrology and use of measuring instruments
Fundamental concepts of computer graphics and CAD drawing.
