The Academic Coordinator in compliance with the resolutions of the teaching staff is communictating that on Thursday the 14th of April 2016, the classrooms 4^, 5^ A Technical Technological IT and the classrooms 4^ and 5^ Technical Economics Tourism will take part in the field trip “Multisport” at Mediolanum Forum, Via Giuseppe di Vittorio, 6, 20090, Assago, MI.
The project “School Sport” promoted by Assago Forum has been supporting the new generations and the fitness world for more than twenty years.
Thanks to a solid experience, AreaMultisport provides customized programmes that can meet all types of needs and reach all types of targets from the pre-school to the secondary school by assuring hgh quality services and an uforgettable experience.
“Scuola Sport” promotes the sports activities as an educational tool in order to help young peole to socialize.
The classrooms will follow the below mentioned scheduling:
10.50 welcoming
11.00/12.30 2 fitness shifts lasting 45 minutes each
1° shift of Fitkombat-rebound-prellball
2° one shift of Zumba fitness-kinball-arco
For both shifts the squash and the five-a-side a2 fotball areas are free
12.30/1.30: bowling match
Aims:
- promoting the curiosity and the motivation
- Stimulating the interest and a helthy lifestyle
Objectives:
- Approaching the students to the sports world by trying new activities
- Doing sports as a chance to socialize and learn the fair play
