On Feb. 7, 2023, all students of class 1^A Technical Economic Tourism and 1^A, 1^B, 1^C Humanities High School of S. Freud School will take part in an educational sports outing inherent to ice skating.
CONTENTS
The educational trip aims to take students ice skating at the Ice Palace (Pala Sesto) in Sesto San Giovanni (MI). The educational-sports experience will feature experienced teachers who will closely follow the students throughout the duration of the activitỳ.
The courses, with qualified instructors, are also intended as moments of socialization and fun in addition to learning ice skating techniques. They are structured on educational outings that require continuitỳ and progression to test skills in balance perception and skating ability
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Control and management of the static-dynamic balance conditions of one's body in the ice environment
Experimentation with the possibilities of movement in the ice environment
Utilization and transfer to ice environment of motor skills acquired during the course of motor science educational programming for the realization of basic technical gestures
Acquisition of basic skills related to gliding on ice
Strengthening and consolidation of self-esteem and self-evaluation in an environment that is new to many people
Arousing curiosity interest and enjoyment in order to increase the sense of belonging to the class group
